Payment

We accept payment by all major credit cards. Our site is fully secure through Squarespace and your card details are never visible to anyone. Payment will be debited from your card or account before the dispatch of the goods you have purchased, you will then be issued with an order confirmation to the email address you have provided.

You can also choose to pay via PayPal or Stripe, no need to have an account with the service just select the option at checkout.

Legal

All intellectual property within www.plentyblue.co.uk belongs to Plenty Blue and the artist/owner. This includes all our design, artwork and images distributed both digitally and physically. Using any of my artwork or images for your own use will be in breach of intellectual property and copy-write laws, this will face appropriate action.

Upon purchasing from Plenty Blue, you are confirming that you have read the description prior to purchase. Please note when browsing images on our store, image colours integral to the product can vary depending on mobile/computer screens.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

All prints are printed and framed to order here in the UK. Please see dispatch timings below:

1-2 working days- A4, A3 and 30 x 40cm unframed

3 working days - A3+ unframed

3-4 working days - Framed prints and worktop savers

5 working days - Clothing

You will receive a confirmation email when your item has been posted.

how much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free on all orders over £100 just make sure you use code 'FREESHIP' at checkout!

£3.95 - Standard (2-5 working days)

£5.20 - Express (1-2 working days)

£15.99 - International (5- 10 working days)

how will my order be packaged?

All unframed prints are carefully wrapped in acid free white tissue paper to reduce plastic waste.

A5, A4, A3 and 30 x 40cm unframed prints - Packed with a rigid backing board and placed in hardbacked envelope/ cardboard mailer.

A3+ unframed prints - Carefully rolled and placed in extra thick cardboard tubes

Framed prints - All framed are wrapped in a protective sleeve with individual plastic or cardboard guards added to each corner. Additional cardboard is secured over the print surface to minimise the risk of breakages or transit damage. Each print is then shipped in a heavy duty cardboard box.

Clothing - Weatherproof, kraft paper mailing bag

Homewares - Rigid, corrugated cardboard box made from recycled materials.

We hope you can find a future use for any packaging used or recycle where possible to protect our blue planet.

hELP! I THINK MY ORDER MIGHT BE LOST

If it has been longer than two weeks for UK residents and four weeks for outside the UK since the time you made the purchase and you still haven't received your order please use the contact tab and fill out the form using your order number and we will get this sorted asap!

Returns policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless faulty or damaged, please ensure you read the description and sizes of product carefully. Feel free to contact eleanor@plentyblue.co.uk if you have any queries regarding products or orders.

CLOTHING RETURNS POLICY

As a small business supporting slow fashion we like to keep returns and exchanges to a minimum, so please check the product description and size guide carefully before ordering. If you unsure of sizes please get in touch before you order. If you have changed your mind about your order and would like to return you must pay for returns postage for a refund and the original delivery charge will not be refunded. The item must be in its original condition with tags and carefully packaged to protect in transit.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Please contact eleanor@plentyblue.co.uk if you have any issues with your order within 5 working days of receiving with your order number and photos of the damaged product and we will process the refund or replacement within 5 working days, please be aware of the additional 7-10 days lead time for framed work.
